emotion

My Mist

Never has mist
thus
hung thick and dull
over our town

over the pagodas
over the themples
over TV aerials
over the roofs of houses
over the tops of trees
and finally

on to the thongs of my flip-flops
on the pavement
there is mist

The sounds of bells
get frozen in the mist

I am still enjoying the mist
but
where am I?

to cultivate good,

မေကာင္းမႈဟူသမွ်ကို မျပဳရာ၊၊
ကုသိုလ္ေကာင္းမႈႏွင့္ ျပည့္စံုေစရာ၏။။

Seek no intimacy
with the beloved
and also not with the unloved,
for not to see the beloved
and to see the unloved,
both are painful.

ခ်စ္ေသာသူတို႔ႏွင့္လည္း ေရာေထြးယွက္တင္ မျပဳရာ။
မုန္းေသာသူတို႔ႏွင့္လည္း ဘယ္အခါမွ ေရာေထြးယွက္တင္ မျပဳရာ။
ခ်စ္ခင္ေသာသူတို႔ကို မျမင္ရျခင္းသည္ ဆင္းရဲ၏။
မုန္းေသာသူတို႔ကို ျမင္ရျခင္းသည္လည္း ဆင္းရဲ၏။
